Copyright and DMCA

Our worksheets are our own work. Here is how to report a copyright concern in either direction.

Our material

The worksheets, illustrations and written guides on PrintKoala are our own work and are protected by copyright. They are free to download and print under the conditions set out in our Terms of Use — broadly, unlimited use with the children in your care, but no redistribution and no resale.

Reporting infringement of your work

If you believe material on this site infringes a copyright you own, tell us and we will look into it promptly. Send the following to hello@printkoala.com with "Copyright" in the subject line:

  1. A description of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
  2. The exact URL on this site where the material appears.
  3. Your contact details — name, address, telephone number and email.
  4. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

We aim to acknowledge reports within a few business days and will remove or disable access to material that is found to be infringing.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address including your contact details, identification of the removed material and its previous location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed in error.

Someone is republishing our worksheets

If you have found our worksheets being sold or hosted elsewhere, we would genuinely like to know. Email hello@printkoala.com with a link.
