Using this site
PrintKoala is free to use. There is no account to create and no fee to pay. By using the site you agree to these terms.
What you may do with the worksheets
Every worksheet may be downloaded and printed free of charge for:
- your own children at home
- your classroom, nursery or childcare setting
- homeschool use, including a homeschool co-op
- a library, community group or similar non-commercial setting
Print as many copies as you need for the children in your care. You do not need to ask permission or credit us, though a link is always appreciated.
What you may not do
You may not:
- sell, license or otherwise charge for our worksheets, in any form
- upload our files to another website, file-sharing service, app, or marketplace such as Teachers Pay Teachers
- claim the worksheets as your own work
- remove or alter the PrintKoala footer on a sheet
- scrape or bulk-download the catalogue by automated means
- include the worksheets in a paid product, bundle or membership
If you want to share a worksheet with another parent or teacher, link to its page on this site rather than sending the file. That keeps the site funded and means they always get the current version.
Commercial licensing
If you would like to use our material in a commercial product, email hello@printkoala.com and we can discuss it.
No warranty
The worksheets are provided as they are, with no guarantee that they are suitable for any particular child or educational purpose. Developmental guidance on this site is general information written for a wide audience — it is not advice about your individual child, and it is not a substitute for a conversation with a teacher, health visitor, paediatrician or educational psychologist.
Children vary enormously between the ages of two and five. If you have concerns about your child's development, speak to a professional who knows them.
Supervision
Some activities suggest scissors, small objects or other materials that require adult supervision. You are responsible for judging what is safe for your own child.
Availability
We aim to keep the site online and the files working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Worksheets may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
Advertising
This site is funded by advertising. We do not control the content of individual ads, and showing an ad is not an endorsement of the advertiser.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrintKoala is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or its materials.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
