Trace Number 13

One numeral, one page. The strip at the top shows a large 13 beside 13 ducks, so the very first thing your child does is count — the numeral is tied to a real quantity before any pencil work begins.

From thirteen onward the words finally follow a pattern — three-and-ten — and children often relax once they hear it. Keep the counting slow: one touch per duck, no skipping.

The grid below holds dotted 13s to trace, sized for small hands, and the bottom row is deliberately empty: after a page of guided strokes, writing the numeral unaided in the last boxes is the moment the practice sticks.
