About this worksheet
This page shows one friendly pencil, tilted slightly to the side, with a pointed tip at the top and a rounded eraser at the bottom. It has a face: two round eyes under raised eyebrows and a wide open smile with teeth showing. One arm waves up near its head with the hand fully open, fingers spread, while the other arm hangs down at its side. A wavy zigzag line separates the sharpened tip from the wooden body, and two ring lines mark the metal band just above the eraser.
The pencil body is split into a few large panels by straight vertical lines, so most of the page is wide open space that a child can fill in one steady sweep without worrying about staying inside tiny lines.
