About this worksheet
Capital letter practice for F to J on proper four-line handwriting guides — the red and blue ruling used in early-years copybooks, where capitals stand on the third line and reach the top one.
F and H are built entirely from standing and sleeping lines, I is the simplest letter in the alphabet, and G and J introduce the trickier idea of a curve that changes direction partway. Expect G to need the most repeats — it is really a C with a shelf, and the shelf takes practice.
Each row gives one letter: a solid model first, then dotted repeats to trace.
How to use this sheet
One row per sitting is plenty at first. Name each letter as it is traced — the letter name and the motor pattern should learn to travel together.
