About this worksheet
Capital letter practice for U to Z on proper four-line handwriting guides — the red and blue ruling used in early-years copybooks, where capitals stand on the third line and reach the top one.
The final six are dominated by slants: V, W, X, Y and Z are all built from them, with U the lone curve. W is the marathon — four strokes without lifting the rhythm — and Z rounds off the alphabet with the same zigzag the pre-writing pages practiced.
Each row gives one letter: a solid model first, then dotted repeats to trace.
How to use this sheet
One row per sitting is plenty at first. Name each letter as it is traced — the letter name and the motor pattern should learn to travel together.
