Forest & Woodland Animals coloring pages for 2 year olds

18 forest & woodland animals coloring pages pitched at 2 year olds, free to print with no account and no watermark. Every one is an easy sheet: big shapes, thick lines and room to be inaccurate.

A wander through the trees and thickets, with a brown bear, a fox, a wolf, a deer and a moose among the pages waiting to be filled in.

They assume a child who holds a crayon in a fist grip and scribbles freely, which is typical at two. If your child is not there yet, that is entirely normal at this age — sit with them and treat it as drawing.

Sheets in this set include Mouse with a Piece of Cheese Coloring Page, Chipmunk Holding an Acorn Coloring Page and Spotted Fawn Coloring Page. Each is one page on A4, laid out with margins wide enough that nothing is lost printing on US Letter.

Five to ten minutes at a time is plenty at this age, and going outside the lines is the expected outcome rather than a mistake. Print in grayscale to save ink, or slide the sheet into a sheet protector and hand over a dry-erase marker so the same page lasts a month.
